We are looking for an energetic, organized, and customer-focused Sales Coordinator who can support our sales team, ensure timely follow-ups, and coordinate with clients and internal departments from enquiry to project completion.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Coordination
- Receive and register all recent enquiries.
- Prepare and send quotations.
- Follow up on quotations until closure.
- Coordinate meetings and appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain CRM and enquiry trackers.
- Generate weekly and monthly sales reports.




- Track project status from enquiry to order execution.

Customer Communication
- Follow up with architects, consultants, builders, chefs, contractors, and homeowners.
- Coordinate with clients regarding drawings, approvals, revisions, and documentation.
- Maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication.

Documentation
- Prepare quotations, proposals, proforma invoices, and commercial documents.
- Maintain customer records and project files.
- Coordinate purchase orders, payment follow-ups, and order acknowledgements.
- Ensure all project documentation is updated and filed correctly.

Internal Coordination
- Liaise with Design, Projects, Production, Purchase, and Accounts departments.
- Coordinate drawing approvals before production.
- Track production and delivery schedules.
- Ensure smooth communication between departments.

Business Development Support
- Identify opportunities for repeat business.
