Location: Idha Clinic, Jayanagar, Bengaluru

Stipend:₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month

Timings:11am - 8pm (with availability over phone during off hours for any communication or enquiries)

Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and confident Telecalling & Business Development Intern to support patient communication, lead follow-ups, appointment bookings, and local business development. This is a hands-on role suited for fresh graduates who enjoy speaking with people and want practical experience in telecalling, customer engagement, sales, business development, and healthcare operations. High-performing interns may be offered a full-time role at Idha Clinic after the internship period.





Key Responsibilities
- Telecalling & Patient Follow-ups
- Call current and existing patient leads and respond to enquiries.
- Follow up with patients after consultations and treatments.
- Schedule appointments and encourage interested leads to visit the clinic for consultations.
- Communicate information about treatments, packages, offers, and appointments.
- Follow up with past patients for relevant treatments and services.
- Assist in converting enquiries and consultations into bookings and treatment packages.
- Handle patient queries through calls and messaging.
- Maintain organized records of calls, leads, appointments, and follow-ups. Business Development
- Identify potential referral partners such as salons, gyms, fitness studios, makeup artists, wellness centres, and other lifestyle businesses.
- Contact and visit(if occassionally needed) potential partners to introduce collaboration opportunities
