Job Purpose:
Incumbent will be part MSME - Product Team for EPM. Core responsibilities would include Identify & execute prospective and potential partnership ideas for equipment, plant and machinery loans including solar (EPM). Set up the framework of EPM Product architecture.Key responsibilities also include creating and refining EPM loan products, understanding market dynamics and customer needs, analyzing product performance using data, collaborating with risk and compliance teams, and leading product teams to ensure profitability and regulatory adherence.

Principal Accountabilities:
1. 1. Onboarding Current and Monitoring Existing Partners - EPM

a. Build lending products (machinery loan product) through partnerships with various channel partners

b. Understanding the product being offered and the segment being catered to by the partner

c. Understanding the journey, identifying the set of information available with the channel partner

d. Lead the creation of program construct with the partner

e.



Ensure the program construct is well understood and signed off by internal teams (Risk / OPS / Collections / Accounts / Business / Tech)

f. MOU signing with OEM’s dealers

1. 2. Market & Product Strategy:
a. Develop and implement product strategies that are aligned with Company’s overall objectives and meet evolving needs of market.

b. Develop strategic plans for product expansion, conduct market analysis, and monitor competitors to ensure product competitiveness.

2. 3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
a. Work closely with product, technology, sales, credit, R&D;, and compliance teams to ensure effective product development and delivery.

3. 4. Performance Monitoring & Improvement:
a. Monitor product performance using key metrics like sales data and customer feedback, and implement improvements.
