Position: Project Coordinator - Civil Construction

Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning and Coordination:
Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing construction projects for buildings and bridges.

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, architects, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

2. Documentation and Reporting:
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, schedules, reports, and updates.

Monitor progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones.

3. Resource Management:
Oversee the allocation of materials, equipment, and manpower to ensure optimal utilization.

Coordinate procurement and delivery of construction materials.

4. Quality Control and Compliance:
Ensure adherence to construction standards, codes, and safety regulations.





Perform site visits to monitor work progress and address any issues.

5. Budget and Cost Monitoring:
Track project budgets and expenses, ensuring cost efficiency.

Assist in resolving financial discrepancies or overruns.

6. Stakeholder Communication:
Act as the point of contact between clients, consultants, and internal teams.

Address and resolve project-related queries or concerns promptly.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

2. Proven experience in civil construction, specifically in building and bridge projects (minimum 10 years preferred).

3. Robust organizational and multitasking skills.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage multiple stakeholders.

5. Proficiency in project management tools and civil engineering software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD).

6. Knowledge of construction codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
