Job Title: Production Supervisor
Experience: 2-4 Years
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. (Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or related field)

Job Summary

Responsible for supervising daily production activities, ensuring production targets, quality standards, safety compliance, and efficient manpower utilization.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage daily production operations.
- Achieve production targets while maintaining quality standards.
- Supervise shop-floor manpower and machine utilization.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Planning teams.
- Minimize downtime, rework, and material wastage.
- Ensure compliance with safety and 5S practices.
- Prepare daily production reports and track KPIs.

Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Robust knowledge of production processes and shop-floor management.
- Good leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and ERP systems is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
