Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full CGI production workflow, including modeling, lighting, texturing, shading, look development, scene management, compositing, and post-production.
- Deliver photorealistic 3D renderings, animations, and visualizations for architectural, engineering, and digital projects such as interiors, exteriors, masterplans, and infrastructure.
- Develop and manage real-time rendering and immersive environments using AR/VR platforms (Unreal Engine, Twinmotion) to support design reviews and client engagement.
- Create branded client presentations that integrate renders, diagrams, and storytelling to strengthen proposals and design reviews.
- Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and consultants to visualize concepts effectively across all project stages.
- Maintain consistency by ensuring all visuals align with project branding, design narrative, and technical accuracy.
- Build responsive, accessible, and high-performance frontend interfaces
- Develop backend services, APIs, and database structures using modern frameworks (e.g., Django or similar)
- Integrate third-party services, APIs, and cloud components
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers and product teams to implement user-centered features
- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and integration issues
- Participate in Agile workflows, sprint planning, and Jira-based task tracking
- Conduct code reviews and maintain engineering best practices
- Maintain clear technical documentation and system architecture notes
- Graduated in architecture or art, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience producing architectural or engineering renderings
- Proven experience in architectural and engineering visualization, with a solid portfolio of 3D renders, design presentations, and preferably videos or simulations.
- Mastery in 3ds Max, V-Ray, Enscape and Rhino.
- Advanced skills in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
- Skilled in presentation design
