- Oracle E-Business Suite - Techno functional with robust technical skills- HR / Payroll / Advanced Benefits / Self Service (ESS/MSS) / Absence Management / Compensation Management
- Oracle Workflow for approvals / AME
- Skilled in PL/SQL for data access and analysis
- Real time experience working with Payroll Taxes
- Manage end-to-end Oracle HRMS patch testing process from release note review through post-implementation validation and documentation
- Techno-functional consultants involved in performing Setups, GAP Analysis, Requirements gathering, testing, Customizations, implementation, upgrade, and post implementation /production support expertise with different versions of Oracle Applications including R 12.2.x across different operating systems including Windows, Unix (including Tru-64), and Linux.
- Experience developing Custom Forms and Reports for different clients, including experience with modifying existing standard or custom reports.
