Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Production Manager - Sheet Metal

Fabrication to oversee and manage fabrication operations in our manufacturing unit. The

planning, team handling, and AutoCAD for technical understanding and execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day production activities in the sheet metal fabrication department.
- Plan, organize, and monitor fabrication processes to ensure timely project

completion.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and AutoCAD designs for production

execution.




- Coordinate with the design and project teams to ensure production feasibility and

accuracy.
- Supervise fabrication activities including cutting, bending, welding, assembly, and

finishing.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.
- Maintain production schedules and achieve daily/monthly production targets.
- Monitor product quality and implement quality control measures.
- Ensure workplace safety and compliance with company standards and

manufacturing procedures.
- Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams for material planning and stock

management.
- Reduce production downtime and improve operational efficiency.
- Prepare production reports and update management on project status.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or

related field.
- Proven experience in sheet metal fabrication and production management.
