Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech (Preferred from NIT or reputed institute)

Experience: 8+ Years

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of developers across projects

Review code, ensure best practices, and maintain coding standards

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, Operations)

Manage project timelines, deliverables, and technical risks

Drive innovation and implement current technologies where required

Ensure system security, performance, and reliability

Key Requirements:
8+ years of experience in software development

Strong expertise in programming languages (Java / Python /.NET / Node.js)

Experience with system design,



microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)

Proven leadership and team management skills

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Profile:
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies

Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
