Job Summary

The Slimming & Skin Therapist is responsible for delivering skilled skin and body contouring treatments, assisting dermatologists during procedures, educating clients on treatment plans, and ensuring an exceptional patient experience while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and safety.

Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesSkin Therapy
- Perform skin analysis and recommend suitable treatments under dermatologist guidance.
- Deliver skin treatments such as facials, chemical peels (as authorized), HydraFacial, laser-based therapies (if trained), and other aesthetic procedures.
- Prepare clients before treatments and provide detailed post-treatment care instructions.
- Monitor client progress and maintain accurate treatment records.

Slimming & Body Contouring
- Perform non-invasive slimming and inch-loss therapies using clinic-approved equipment.
- Assist in body contouring treatments such as EMS, CoolSculpting, RF, and other slimming technologies (based on training and certification).




- Track client measurements and treatment outcomes.
- Educate clients on diet, hydration, lifestyle changes, and treatment compliance to support results.

Patient Care
- Welcome clients professionally and ensure a comfortable treatment experience.
- Address client concerns and explain treatment procedures and expected outcomes.
- Build long-term relationships through excellent customer service and follow-up.

Clinic Operations
- Prepare treatment rooms before and after each session.
- Sterilize equipment and maintain strict infection control and hygiene standards.
- Ensure all treatment devices are cleaned and operated according to clinic protocols.
- Monitor inventory of consumables and report shortages.

Documentation
- Maintain accurate client consultation forms, treatment notes, and consent records.
- Record treatment progress with photographs (where applicable and with consent).
