Key Responsibilities

ServiceNow Development
- Design and develop Service Catalog items, workflows, flows, and UI policies
- Build and enhance solutions in ITSM (Incident, Change, Request, Problem) and CSM modules:
- Implement reusable components and optimize platform performance

Catalog & Workflow Expertise
- Develop dynamic catalog forms with client-specific logic
- Configure approval workflows, Flow Designer, and automation rules

Integration & Data Handling
- Develop and manage integrations using APIs:
- Handle data transformation, mapping, and validation

Platform Customization
- Develop Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Client Scripts:
- Customize Portals / UI Builder components:
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices

Collaboration & Delivery
- Work with cross-functional teams:
- Participate in design discussions and solution reviews
- Support UAT, deployment,



and post-production fixes

Required Skills & Competencies

Core Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- Service Catalog development:
- ITSM and CSM modules
- Solid scripting skills:
- JavaScript (ServiceNow scripting)
- Glide APIs
- Experience in:
- Flow Designer
- REST API integrations

Platform Knowledge
- Good understanding of:
- Role-based access & entitlements
- ServiceNow architecture & performance optimization

Certifications (mandatory)
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- At least one of:
- Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- CSM or ITSM Implementation Specialist

Positive to Have
- Exposure to AI capabilities in ServiceNow (e.g., Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, GenAI features)
- Experience in automation-first design approaches:
