Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Export Documentation: Manage and record Export Invoices, Packing Lists, and Shipping Bills. Ensure all documents match for Bank Realization Certificates (e-BRC).
- Forex Management: Account for foreign currency fluctuations and manage Exchange Gain/Loss entries in Tally.
- Duty Drawback & Incentives: Track and file for government incentives, including Duty Drawback (DBK) and RODTEP/ROSCTL schemes.
- Bank Liaison: Coordinate with banks regarding Letter of Credit (LC) documentation, Export Bill discounting, and inward remittances.
- GST for Exports: Manage GST refunds related to exports (LUT or IGST refund claims) and ensure compliance with zero-rated supply regulations.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 3+ years specifically in a Textile Export House or manufacturing unit.




- Technical Skills: Advanced Tally Prime and Excel. Familiarity with the ICEGATE portal and DGFT procedures.
- Knowledge: Solid understanding of Incoterms (FOB, CIF, etc.) and export-related GST laws.
- Language: Functional English (for reviewing export contracts and buyer communication) and fluent Tamil.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
