Senior Accounts Executive - Accounts, MIS & Data Management

Job Summary

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts & Finance
- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and bookkeeping.
- Prepare and maintain sales, purchase, bank, and journal entries.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
- Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and tax professionals.

MIS & Financial Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Generate financial reports for management review.
- Analyze revenue, expenses, profitability, and cash flow data.
- Develop dashboards and management reports.
- Track budgets, forecasts, and financial performance indicators.
- Present meaningful insights from financial and operational data.

Data Management




- Maintain and validate large volumes of financial and operational data.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems.
- Create and manage databases, reports, and trackers.
- Consolidate data from multiple sources for analysis and reporting.
- Support business teams with data extraction and reporting requirements.

Advanced Excel & Analysis
- Create complex Excel reports and automated templates.
- Utilize Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, and advanced formulas.
- Develop dashboards and performance reports.
- Perform data cleaning, validation, and reconciliation.
- Automate repetitive reporting tasks using advanced Excel functions.
- Handle large datasets efficiently and accurately.
