Job Description - Civil Engineer

Experience: 7-8 Years in high rise residential building.

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering

Job Summary:
Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings before execution.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Plan and monitor project schedules to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and internal teams.
- Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment at the site.
- Prepare quantity estimates, BOQs, and material reconciliation reports.
- Verify contractor bills and work measurements.
- Conduct site inspections for RCC, finishing, and civil works.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPR), site records, and project documentation.




- Identify and resolve technical issues at the site.
- Ensure timely procurement and availability of construction materials.
- Monitor project quality and implement corrective actions wherever required.
- Guide and supervise junior engineers, supervisors, and site staff.

Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of RCC and finishing works.
- Knowledge of quantity surveying, estimation, and billing.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Project.
- Understanding of IS Codes and construction standards.
- Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple contractors and site activities effectively

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
