Roles & Responsibilities
- Market bench consultants to implementation partners, prime vendors, and direct clients across the US.
- Identify suitable C2C requirements through vendor networks, job portals, and client relationships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with implementation partners and staffing vendors.
- Negotiate billing rates, contract terms, and placement conditions with vendors and clients.
- Coordinate consultant interviews, client submissions, and onboarding activities.
- Maintain regular communication with consultants regarding project opportunities and interview schedules.
- Ensure consultants are marketed daily to maximize placements.
- Track submissions, interviews, offers, and placements using ATS/CRM and internal trackers.
- Generate new vendor leads and establish long-term business relationships.
- Follow up with vendors for interview feedback, client responses, and project closures.
- Work closely with recruiters and account managers to understand consultant skill sets and project requirements.




- Ensure timely closure of requirements while meeting monthly placement targets.
- Stay updated on US IT market trends, technologies, and visa regulations.

Required Skills:
- 1-2 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales.
- Robust knowledge of the US staffing industry and C2C business model.
- Experience marketing consultants on H1B, GC, USC, EAD, TN, and other eligible work authorizations.
- Hands-on experience with Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, Indeed, and other job portals.
- Strong vendor management and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to negotiate billing rates and contract terms.
- Experience working with ATS/CRM tools and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of IT technologies and consultant skill sets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
