About the Company: Dhimed Pharma is a growing pharmaceutical marketing company committed to delivering high-quality healthcare and wellness products. We are expanding our team and looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Area Business Manager to drive growth and lead our sales operations in the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities: Team Management: Recruit, train, motivate, and handle a team of Medical Representatives (MRs) to achieve collective sales targets. Sales & Business Development: Implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Doctor & Customer Relation: Build and maintain strong skilled relationships with key Gynecologists, Physicians, and other specialist doctors. Chemist & Stockist Management: Ensure seamless product availability by maintaining strong relationships with stockists, distributors, and retail chemists.



Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and provide regular feedback to the management. Reporting: Ensure timely submission of daily, weekly, and monthly sales and activity reports for self and the team. Requirements & Qualifications: Education: Graduate degree (B.Sc., B.Pharma, or any graduate with relevant experience). Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of experience as an Area Manager, or a senior/star Medical Representative ready to step up into a managerial role.

Pay: ₹17,854.69 - ₹56,897.55 per month
