Responsibilities:
- Place phone calls to potential clients.
- Answer potential clients’ questions about query.
- Set appointments with prospective customers based on our associates’ schedules
- Maintain computer, telephone and other equipment.
- Product demonstration.
- Manage database.
- Communicate any problems, concerns or questions to supervisory staff
- Refer customer complaints to supervisor for quality control
Qualification and skills
- Graduation in any relative field.
- 1+ years’ of experience telemarketing a plus
- Valuable communication skills.
- Excellent phone manner and articulation
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
