Experience Required:
1-3 Years of Field Sales Experience
- Preferred Background: Gold Loan, NBFC, Banking, Financial Services, Microfinance Key Responsibilities:
- New customer acquisition for Gold Loan products
- Field sales, client meetings & product presentations
- Relationship management & customer servicing
- Gold loan balance transfer handling
- Gold evaluation & verification
- Bank relationship management
- Compliance & documentation adherence
- Experience in field sales
- Knowledge of Gold Loans / Loan Documentation preferred
- Strong communication & customer handling skills
- Local language proficiency mandatory
- Familiarity with local market/geography




- Bike & Valid Driving License Mandatory
