Job Title: Graphic Designer

We're looking for a Graphic Designer who understands that great design starts long before opening Photoshop.

Someone who can take a business problem, understand the communication objective, generate ideas, build concepts, and translate them into compelling visual experiences.

This role is for a designer who is obsessed with layout, typography, composition, visual storytelling, and creative problem solving. Someone who doesn't just place elements on a page but knows why they belong there.

If you're the kind of person who notices bad kerning, questions weak concepts, collects references constantly, and enjoys turning rough thoughts into powerful visuals, we should talk.

What You'll Do
- Concept Development _
- Interpret briefs and transform them into robust visual concepts.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
- Develop multiple design directions before arriving at the final solution.




- Create visual narratives that communicate messages clearly and memorably.
- Design & Layout _
- Design for digital, social media, campaigns, presentations, branding, websites, and marketing collateral.
- Build strong layouts using principles of hierarchy, balance, spacing, typography, and composition.
- Create visually impactful designs that are both aesthetically strong and strategically effective.
- Ensure consistency across all touchpoints while maintaining creative excellence.
- Creative Problem Solving _
- Understand the objective behind every project before designing.
- Explore references, trends, styles, and visual approaches to strengthen concepts.
- Present design rationale and explain creative decisions with confidence.
- Execution Excellence _
- Deliver polished, production ready files with attention to detail.
- Adapt and optimize designs across multiple formats and platforms.Maintain speed without compromising quality.
