About the Role

We are seeking a Quality Engineer Leadto support the delivery of high-quality software through effective testing, automation, and collaboration. This role combines hands-on testing expertise with opportunities to guide improvements in quality practices and processes.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute automated and performance tests
- Build and maintain test automation frameworks, including tools such as Playwright
- Collaborate with product, engineering,



and operations teams to ensure solutions meet quality standards
- Identify, document, and help resolve defects, including supporting root cause analysis
- Contribute to improving testing processes, tools, and methodologies
- Configure and maintain testing environments and tools
- Support planning and execution of testing activities across projects
- Monitor and report testing progress, results, and risks
- Participate in initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency, and delivery outcomes
- Stay informed about evolving testing tools and industry practices

Requirements:
- Experience with test automation and Playwright
- Understanding of software testing practices and quality assurance approaches
- Experience conducting functional, automated, or performance testing
