JOB DESCRIPTION: QA Engineer Intern (Quality Assurance)

Position Title: QA Engineer Intern
Department: Quality Assurance & Product Testing
Employment Type: Internship (Full-Time / Remote)
Experience Required: Freshers / College Students (B.Tech, BCA, MCA, BSc-IT)
Duration: 6 Months
Stipend: [Insert Stipend, e.g., ₹5,000 - ₹8,000/Month or Performance-based]
Location: Nagpur

Key Responsibilities
- Test Case Creation: Write, review, and execute detailed test cases and test scenarios based on product requirements.
- Bug Reporting: Document and log defects clearly with exact steps to reproduce, screenshots, and system logs using tracking tools (like Jira, Trello, or Google Sheets).
- Regression Testing: Re-test fixed bugs shared by the development team to ensure the existing features are working perfectly.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with Frontend (React.js) developers to help them understand defects and verify hotfixes.

Skills & Qualifications Needed
- Core Concepts: Solid understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC),



Bug Life Cycle, and fundamental QA methodologies.
- Analytical Mindset: An exceptional eye for detail with a natural knack for finding hidden edge cases and breaking software.
- Technical Familiarity: Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML/CSS) and browser developer tools (Inspect Element) is highly preferred.
- Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills to document bugs clearly.
- Education: Pursuing or recently completed graduation in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent practical QA training.
