The Role: Product Analyst and Design Associate Director

Our services are vital to automated trade processing around the globe, managing peak volumes and working with our customers and regulators to ensure the effective settlement of trades and effective operation of global capital markets.

What’s in it for you:
OSTTRA has a requirement for a Business Analyst to support the Trade Manager and our self-service Data Management Service platforms for Rates, Credit and Equities asset classes. As a senior Business Analyst, you’ll be working closely with product owners,development, QA and operation teams in an agile and/or waterfall environment.

The role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational / coordination skills, and strong analytical skills. You will be process-oriented and have a good understanding of the product development lifecycle.



You should be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and be flexible to adapt to changes. You will be expected to work with teams in India, Singapore, Tokyo, New York and London and build relationships internally as well as externally with clients, clearing houses, venues and trade repositories.

What We’re Looking For:
Post graduate - Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree preferred in related field

12+ years of relevant professional experience

Demonstrate experience of working in a product management environment

Proven experience in product, project and team leadership

Strong Analytical & Communication skills

Good knowledge of requirements elicitation, structured analysis, requirement documentation, stakeholder management, use case and user story definition and other business analysis techniques

Commercial awareness and financial services experience.
