Specialist, ESE Integration Engineer

Role Overview

What will you do in this role:
- Design, develop, and deploy integration solutions across MuleSoft and Kong platforms.
- Build and maintain RESTful SOAP APIs using RAML/OpenAPI, ensuring adherence to API‑led connectivity.
- Implement integration patterns (e.g., API‑led connectivity, message queues, batch integrations,



ESB‑style flows) to connect internal and external systems.
- Oversee unit, system, and integration testing using MUnit, JUnit, Test containers, and automated CI/CD pipelines.
- Oversee integrations deployed across AWS (Lambda, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, EventBridge, SQS/SNS).
- Drive secure coding and integration best practices, including use of standard authentication and authorization mechanisms (e.g., OAuth2, JWT).
- Ensure integration solutions follow governance for versioning, security, SLAs, and documentation standards.
- Maintain API documentation, integration inventories, and operational runbooks.
- Participate in Product planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with both functional and Product goals.

What should you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science or any Technology stream.
- 3-7 years hands-on experience building enterprise integrations using MuleSof
