Key Responsibilities:
Financial reporting, P&L;, and balance sheet management
Budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning
Cost control, inventory valuation, and variance analysis
Cash flow and working capital management
Audit, taxation, and statutory compliance
Leadership and development of finance teams
Requirements:
✔ CA or MBA
✔ 10-15+ years of finance experience
✔ Expertise in cost accounting, ERP systems, and financial reporting
✔ Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
✔ Manufacturing industry background (preferred)
