At Moodle, we are looking for motivated and curious Junior Developers to join our Platform Solutions team. The Platform Solutions team plays an integral role in building, improving and maintaining the open-source Moodle LMS (Learning Management System), and is dedicated to creating a platform that all of Moodle's products can leverage while optimising the platform's performance and usability, and integrations with other software solutions and plugins.

We're building a team that works with AI, not around it. If you've been teaching yourself to build with tools like Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot or the OpenAI/Anthropic APIs, and you can show us what you've made, we want to hear from you. It matters far more to us what you've built than where (or whether) you studied





This is a fully remote role and can be offered as a permanent role in India, Indonesia, Vietnam or the Philippines.

- Collaborating with experienced developers on designing, developing, and implementing software solutions.
- Using AI coding agents as part of your everyday workflow: scoping the task, writing a clear spec or prompt, then reviewing, testing and refining what comes back.

- Participating in code reviews, learning best practices and improving code quality.
- Contributing to the full software development lifecycle from concept to deployment and maintenance.
