RSVP Calling Executive (Temporary Project)

Salary: ₹2,000-₹5,000 per month (based on experience)

Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and professional RSVP Calling Executives to join our team for a large-scale corporate event campaign. The role involves calling invited guests, confirming attendance, recording responses, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities
- Make outbound RSVP calls to event invitees.
- Introduce the event professionally and explain key details.
- Confirm guest attendance status.
- Record attendee count and special requirements (if any).
- Update call outcomes accurately in the provided database or spreadsheet.
- Handle guest queries politely and professionally.
- Meet daily calling and reporting targets.
- Follow the approved call script and company guidelines.

Requirements:
- Valuable communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Additional regional language skills are a plus.




- Comfortable speaking on calls for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Google Sheets, data entry).
- Reliable internet connection and smartphone/headset.
- Prior telecalling, customer service, or event RSVP experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Desired Skills Professional phone etiquette.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain accurate records.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Project Details Duration:
- 30 Days Training and call script will be provided.
- Performance-based incentives may be offered for achieving targets.
