Job Description: Telecaller - Sales & Marketing (Building Materials)

Location: Vadodara & Nearby Areas (on-site preferred)

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound sales calls from IndiaMART, TradeIndia, and direct sources.
- Promote and sell building materials: purlins, roof sheets, deck sheets, etc.
- Qualify leads, understand customer needs, and explain product features/benefits.
- Maintain call records and update CRM/ERP (Smaac ERP experience is a plus).
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and timely delivery.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

Required Skills & Experience
- 1-2 years’ experience in telecalling/sales, preferably in building materials.




- Hands-on experience with India MART/Trade India lead handling.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi, English, and Gujarati.
- Ability to explain technical details clearly and confidently.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused.

Preferred Profile
- Experience in B2B/B2C building material sales.
- Knowledge of construction industry buyer behavior.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
