Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Enter purchase, sales, receipt, payment, and journal entries into accounting software.
- Maintain accurate records of invoices, vouchers, and financial transactions.
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness before entry.
- Reconcile data entries with supporting documents.
- Assist in preparing GST-related data and reports.
- Generate basic accounting reports as required.
- Coordinate with the accounts team for data verification and corrections.
- Ensure confidentiality of financial information.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass and above.
- Basic knowledge of accounting.
- Valuable typing speed and data entry skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Freshers may apply; prior experience in accounts/data entry will be preferred.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
