Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities

Bookkeeping & Tally: Perform daily accounting entries in Tally Prime/ERP 9, including purchase/sales ledgers, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking.

Compliance & Documentation: Ensure seamless generation of E-Way Bills for all outgoing stock movements.

Inventory Coordination: Monitor raw material and finished goods movement, ensuring financial records align with physical factory stock.

General Accounting: Manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and assistance with GST filings.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Experience: 4-5 years of qualified accounting experience.

Industry Knowledge: Proven ability to work in a factory or industrial atmosphere.

Technical Proficiency:
Expertise in Tally (latest versions).

Proficiency in GST compliance and E-Way bill generation portals.

Strong knowledge of MS Excel for reporting.

Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and high attention to detail.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
