Respond to customer inquiries and prepare quotations for requested products and materials.
- Provide product information and technical details to customers when required.
- Process customer purchase orders and generate invoices as per the delivery schedule.
- Track customer quotation stage through order fulfillment.
- Prepare and maintain documents, commercial invoices.
- Support and coordinate with dispatch team.
- Maintain knowledge of the company's chemical products, product grades.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
