Video Editor cum Designer - YouTube Content

Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit and assemble raw footage into polished YouTube videos with smooth transitions, motion graphics, sound effects, and background music.
- Design attractive thumbnails, video covers, and social media creatives to promote YouTube content.
- Add intros, outros, subtitles, lower thirds, and call-to-action prompts within videos.
- Ensure all videos are optimized for YouTube SEO, including proper tagging, titling, and formatting.
- Repurpose long-form videos into short-form clips (YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels).
- Maintain brand consistency across all design and video assets.
- Stay updated with YouTube trends, editing styles, and platform algorithm changes.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in video editing for YouTube or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in video editing software.
- Working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva,



or other design tools.
- Good sense of timing, visual storytelling, and pacing.
- Ability to handle feedback and make revisions quickly.
- Basic understanding of YouTube SEO and engagement strategies.
- Creative flair and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with content creation for YouTube & other platforms like Instagram or LinkedIn.
