Job Title: Support Consultant - ERP (Store & Purchase Module)

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day functional support for ERP Store & Purchase (MM) modules:
- Understand business requirements and coordinate with the development team for enhancements and issue resolution:
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal technical teams:
- Manage and track incidents/service requests using ticketing tools:
- Ensure proper documentation of issues, solutions, and processes:
- Conduct user training and support during implementation or upgrades

Required Skills & Experience
- 2-6 years of experience in ERP support, specifically in Store & Purchase (MM) modules:
- Solid understanding of procurement processes,



inventory management, and material management workflows:
- Experience working with ticketing tools such as JIRA:
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills:
- Excellent communication and client-handling abilities:
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in ERP implementation or support projects:
- Exposure to end-to-end MM process lifecycle:
- Immediate availability or short notice period

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
