About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules using MS Project and other planning tools.
- Track project progress on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Prepare and share MIS reports, project dashboards, and status reports with clients and management.
- Coordinate with project consultants, contractors, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor site activities and ensure alignment with project timelines.
- Support design management and pre-construction planning activities.
- Coordinate MEP-related work packages and project interfaces.
- Manage project documentation, correspondence, and records.
- Identify project risks, delays, and bottlenecks and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure timely execution of project milestones and deliverables.

Required Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Postgraduate qualification from NICMAR (mandatory).

Required Experience
- 5-8 years of experience in project planning and construction management.
- Experience in residential real estate projects is mandatory.




- Must have worked on at least one residential high-rise project (20+ floors) from concept to completion.
- Experience handling projects of approximately 4-5 lakh sq. ft.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and monitoring.
- Experience in design management and pre-construction management.
