Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily sales enquiries, follow-ups, quotations, and order updates.
- Ensure timely processing of purchase orders, Sales order, invoices, dispatches, and product availability updates.
- Track sales targets, pending orders, and share regular updates with the sales team.
- Manage and maintain accurate customer, lead, and opportunity data in the CRM.
- Generate CRM reports on leads, conversions, sales pipeline, and customer activity.
- Act as the first point of contact for customer queries and after-sales coordination.
- Resolve customer issues by coordinating with sales, logistics, and technical teams.




- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, dashboards, and analytics.
- Maintain sales documentation including agreements, price lists, catalogues, and records.
- Coordinate with internal teams and support marketing activities, promotions, samples, and demos.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Solid communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle time-sensitive tasks.
- Detail-oriented with strong data management capabilities.
- Customer service and relationship-building skills.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
