- Understand RFQs and project specifications to prepare accurate and timely quotations specifically for electric,



Pneumatic actuators with control panel accessories and associated spares.
- Prioritize and handle urgent or quick quotation requests efficiently, ensuring mínimal turnaround time.
- Review customer requirements to ensure correct sizing, compatibility, and compliance of electric, Pneumatic actuator solutions.
- Coordinate with contracts, engineering, and service teams for technical clarifications and order execution support.
- Maintain high attention to detail to ensure error-free and competitive quotations aligned with customer specifications.
- Drive customer satisfaction by delivering reliable technical support and timely commercial responses.

Qualifications
- 2 - 4 years’ experience in quotation preparation/sales support/inside sales/any other customer support
- Must be familiar with Microsoft excel and Outlook.
- Must be able to communicate in English fluently. Hindi is an advantage.
