Job Overview

Key Responsibilities1. 3D Modeling & Visualization
- Create accurate 3D models from CAD drawings, sketches, and design concepts
- Develop interior spaces including residential, commercial, office, and retail environments
- Ensure correct proportions, scale, and spatial accuracy in all models

2. Rendering & Lighting
- Produce high-quality photorealistic renders using software such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona, SketchUp, Lumion, or similar tools
- Enhance mood, ambiance, and material realism in renders

3. Material & Texture Application
- Ensure realistic representation of fabrics, wood, metal, glass, stone, etc.

4. Design Interpretation
- Understand and interpret client briefs, mood boards, and concept presentations
- Collaborate with interior designers and architects to translate ideas into visuals

5. Post-Production
- Perform image enhancement and post-processing using Photoshop or equivalent tools
- Ensure final output meets presentation-quality standards

6. Project Coordination
- Coordinate with design and project teams for revisions and feedback




- Deliver visuals within deadlines while maintaining quality standards
- Maintain organized project files and asset libraries

Required Skills & CompetenciesTechnical Skills
- Strong proficiency in 3ds Max / SketchUp / Lumion / V-Ray / Corona Renderer:
- Good knowledge of Photoshop for post-production
- Understanding of AutoCAD drawings and interior design layouts:
- Knowledge of lighting, composition, and camera angles

Creative Skills
- Strong sense of aesthetics, color balance, and spatial design
- Ability to visualize interior concepts in 3D form
- Attention to detail and realism

Soft Skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Time management and deadline orientation

Eligibility Criteria
- Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Animation, or related field
- 2-6 years of relevant experience in interior visualization
- Solid portfol
