Process Associate / Operations Executive - International Client Services

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with overseas clients and internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Manage client requests, follow-ups, and operational workflows.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
- Monitor task progress and ensure service delivery within agreed timelines.
- Prepare reports and trackers using Microsoft Excel.
- Support property management and administrative processes for international clients.




- Identify issues proactively and coordinate resolutions with relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.

Requirements:
- 1-4 years of experience in Client Servicing, Customer Support, Operations, Administration, Property Management, or International Process.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Willingness to work from the Ahmedabad office.

Preferred Background
- Experience working with Australian, UK, or US clients.
- Exposure to Property Management, Strata Management, Real Estate Operations, Customer Success, or Administrative Support.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
