About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Assistant / Data Entry Executive to support our Finance & Accounts team. This is an excellent prospect for freshers and junior professionals who are eager to build a career in accounting and finance. The role involves document management, data entry, bookkeeping support, and maintaining accurate financial records under the guidance of senior accounting professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Document Management & Record Keeping
- Scan, label, and file sales, purchase, and accounting documents in a timely manner.
- Maintain organized physical and digital records for easy retrieval.
- Store shipping bills, HAWB documents, and related records in designated folders.
- Assist in maintaining audit-ready documentation and records.

Accounts & Data Entry Support
- Enter purchase, sales,



and bank transactions into Tally under supervision.
- Prepare accounting vouchers and supporting documentation.
- Assist in petty cash recording and reconciliation.
- Maintain accounting data and reports using MS Excel.
- Update and manage export-related Excel records, including shipping and logistics details.

Administrative & Coordination Support
- Print and organize sales invoices and other accounting documents.
- Assist with downloading and maintaining records from various portals.
- Support the Accounts team with routine administrative and accounting tasks.
- Coordinate with internal departments for document collection and follow-ups.

Required Qualifications
- B.Com (Completed or Pursuing) or equivalent commerce background.
- Fresher to 2 years of experience in Accounts, Data Entry, Back Office, or Documentation roles.
- Basic knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
