25 to 35 Years

Experience Required

Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, preferably in the Textile, Kurtis, or Ethnic Wear industry.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Handle walk-in customers professionally and assist them with product selection.:
- Manage customer inquiries and follow-ups through phone calls and other communication channels.:
- Generate and achieve sales targets through effective customer engagement.:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.:
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.:
- Maintain product knowledge of Kurtis, Ethnic Wear, fabrics, designs, and latest fashion trends.:
- Coordinate with the sales and inventory teams to ensure smooth order processing.:
- Keep records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups.:




- Support promotional campaigns and sales initiatives to increase revenue.

Required Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.:
- Customer-focused approach with a positive attitude.:
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a quick-paced environment.:
- Good knowledge of the têxtile, kurtis, and ethnic wear market.:

Qualifications
- Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in têxtile sales, kurtis, ethnic wear, or related fashion segments.
