Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate Animation Trainer with expertise in game design to mentor aspiring creators at our new center. The trainer will guide learners through the fundamentals of animation, interactive storytelling, and advanced game design techniques, ensuring they gain both creative and technical mastery.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver training modules on animation principles, 2D/3D design, and game development workflows.
- Teach industry-standard tools (Maya, Blender, Unity, Unreal Engine, etc.) with hands-on projects.
- Guide learners in character design, environment creation, rigging, and motion graphics.
- Provide practical exposure through live projects, simulations, and game prototypes.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in gaming, AR/VR, and interactive media.
- Mentor and evaluate learners to ensure skill development and career readiness.

Requirements:




- Graduate degree in Animation, Game Design, or related field.
- Proven industry experience in animation and game development.
- Strong knowledge of design software and game engines.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Prior training/mentorship experience preferred.
- Creative mindset with the ability to inspire learners.
