Sharing brief JD pointers for the Policy Servicing role in our Life Insurance firm:
- Customer Service - Handle queries, endorsements, cancellations, revivals
- Claims Management - Process maturity, survival, death claims within TAT
- Payouts - Ensure accurate & timely disbursements
- Compliance - Adhere to IRDAI norms, audit readiness
- Communication - Provide explicit updates to policyholders
- Process Efficiency - Drive digitization & reduce repeat complaints
- Team Coordination - Manage servicing team & training needs

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
