Job Summary:
The Store Manager is responsible for the overall day-to-day management of the showroom, ensuring smooth operations, achieving sales targets, maintaining inventory accuracy, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily showroom operations and staff activities.
- Drive sales and ensure achievement of sales targets.
- Supervise and motivate the sales team.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
- Coordinate stock replenishment and inventory audits.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer concerns.
- Maintain showroom cleanliness, product displays, and visual standards.
- Prepare basic sales and inventory reports.

Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in retail/store management, preferably in furniture or home furnishing.
- Solid leadership, sales, and inventory management skills.
- Good communication and customer service abilities.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
