Job Opening: Store coordinator cum labour coordinator

We are a reputed interior design and fit-out company based in Kizhakkambalam, Ernakulam, specializing in high-quality residential and commercial interior projects. We are seeking a dedicated and organized Store Coordinator cum Labour Coordinator to support our operations and project execution team.

Responsibilities:
- Store Coordination:
- Manage inventory of materials, tools, and equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of stock receipts, issues, and balances.
- Coordinate material dispatches to project sites as per requirements.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and tracking of materials.
- Conduct regular stock verification and reporting.
- Labour Coordination:
- Coordinate and allocate workforce across project sites.
- Monitor labour attendance and maintain related records.
- Arrange labour requirements in coordination with project managers and site supervisors.
- Ensure smooth communication between labour teams and management.




- Support timely execution of projects by maintaining adequate manpower availability.

Requirements:
- Valid 2-wheeler and 4-wheeler driving licenses.
- Hindi language proficiency is mandatory (speaking and understanding).:
- Good organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and record maintenance.
- Ability to manage inventory and labour teams efficiently.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
- Experience in interiors, construction, warehouse management, or labour coordination is preferred.
