KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Welcome and assist customers in a friendly manner

Serve ice cream and other products as per company standards

Handle billing and cash/card transactions

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the store

Refill stocks and assist with inventory counts

Follow food safety and company policies

Work effectively with the team to achieve store targets

REQUIREMENT:
Minimum 10th / 12th Pass

Basic communication and customer service skills

Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays

Positive attitude and teamwork skills
