Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a L2 Support Engineerfor a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Mexico. Our client is a company that specializes in providing lodging and accommodation solutions.

REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in development in Java/J2EE technologies.
- At least 3 years of experience in development and/or senior technical support positions.
- Solid experience in full-stack development and/or triage.
- At least 3 years of experience with Spring (MVC, Core, IOC), Hibernate, Struts, JSF, Node.js, and Linux.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience with Apache Tomcat, WebLogic, and TomEE.
- 5+ years of experience using and implementing SOAP/REST-based web services with XML/JSON.
- 5+ years of experience with AWS cloud technologies (API Gateway, Lambda, SQS, ECS, NoSQL, S3), cloud deployment tools (CloudFormation), and container orchestration (e.g., Docker).
- 5+ years of experience with SQL, including working knowledge of Oracle and/or PostgreSQL
- Self-motivated and directed,



with the ability to effectively prioritize, assign, and execute tasks in a high-pressure workplace.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Results-driven individual with the ability for customer focus.
- Team collaboration and leadership skills.

NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with Agile, TDD, and BDD.
- Prior experience in airline domain, preferably in crew management.
- Knowledge of the travel industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform software analysis, risk analysis, and reliability analysis.
- Provide m.entorship in technical triage and soft skills for other support team members.
- Reproduce and identify fixes for functional and feature defects.
- Manage cross-team communications and priority incidents for the team.
- Participate in software design, architectural discussions, prototyping, and development estimation processes.
- Provide real-time production
