We are looking for proactive and detail-oriented HR executive to lead and streamline HR operations for HQ India and Middle East oƯices.
This role will be instrumental in formalizing policies, managing coordination, and ensuring eƯicient HR service delivery in alignment with company policies
Key responsibilities:
- Formalize, and implement company-wide HR policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal governance standards
- Act as the primary liaison between HQ and branch oƯices for HR-related matters
- Facilitate smooth communication and alignment across regional branches
- Coordinate with finance teams to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
- Maintain documentation and audit trails for compensation and perks
- Track and manage company assets assigned to employees across locations
- Ensure proper documentation and retrieval protocols are followed
- Support hiring processes, onboarding, and vendor performance evaluation
