What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Building a child-centric school culture aligned with CBSE philosophy and NEP 2020
- Driving academic excellence through structured, measurable, and evidence-based practices
- Ensuring full CBSE compliance across curriculum, assessments, affiliation by-laws, and audits
- Leading, mentoring, and retaining a high-performing teaching team:
- Embedding data-driven decision-making across academics and school operations
- Creating solid, positive parent-school partnerships:
- Ensuring student well-being, safety, inclusion, and holistic development:




- Overseeing all aspects of school administration, operations, and continuous improvement

CBSE-Mandated Eligibility (Non-Negotiable)
- Postgraduate degree in any discipline
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) or equivalent recognized teaching qualification
- Minimum 8-10 years of teaching experience at senior secondary level
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role (Principal/Vice Principal/Head of School)
