ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a visionary Head of Interior Design to lead our design function end-to-end. This is a senior leadership role for a creative professional who can balance aesthetic excellence with operational discipline. You will own the design vision, manage a growing team, drive client relationships, and set the quality benchmark for every project we deliver.

Our work transforms everyday spaces into extraordinary experiences for children. The Head of Interior Design will be the guardian of that promise — ensuring every concept, material choice, and on-site execution lives up to it.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Design Leadership
- Own and articulate the overall design vision, aesthetic direction, and quality benchmark across all projects
- Lead concept development for early years learning and play environments — playful, functional, and purpose-driven
- Review and sign off on all design outputs: layouts, mood boards, material palettes,



and final presentations

Team Management
- Build, mentor, and manage a team of interior designers and 2D/3D visualization specialists
- Set individual KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and create clear growth paths for team members
- Foster a culture of creative accountability and continuous learning within the design team

Client & Project Management
- Serve as the senior design point-of-contact for key clients — leading briefs, presentations, and feedback cycles
- Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Conduct and oversee site visits to ensure on-ground implementation matches design intent
- Manage multiple concurrent projects with accountability for timelines, budgets, and quality standards

- Define and document design SOPs, templates, and workflows to scale the practice efficiently
