- WHAT YOU BUILD
- Design, implement, optimize, and govern ITIL‑based service management processes.
- Define, document, and roll out standardized ITIL processes (Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Request Management)
- Ensure processes are scalable, efficient and aligned with business and customer needs
- Identify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement using KPIs and data insights.
- Act as the primary point of contact for process‑related topics
- Partner with delivery teams and stakeholders as a trusted business partner




- Drive end‑to‑end process assessments and optimization initiatives
- Collaborate with cross‑functional and multinational stakeholders
- WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
- 6-9 years of experience in process‑focused roles within IT operations or service management.
- Robust expertise in process optimization, customer communication, and presentations.
- ITIL foundation certification is required/highly beneficial
- Advanced knowledge of ITIL and ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Service Request Management).
- Hands‑on experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies
- Experience working in multinational and multicultural environments
