Key Roles & Qualifications:
- Hands-on knowledge of conventional welding electrodes and processes (SMAW, SAW, FCAW, GTAW)
- Understanding of Lotherm/hard-facing/wear-resistant welding consumables is a strong plus
- Proven technical sales or business development experience in the welding, metals, or allied industrial segment
- Existing network in construction, fabrication, oil & gas, power, or heavy engineering industries in Nepal
- Background in mechanical, metallurgical, or welding engineering - B.E./B.Tech preferred
